At Commons Law Company, we believe that access to justice is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Since our inception, we have committed ourselves to this principle by offering pro bono legal services to individuals and communities who cannot afford to pay for legal representation. Our pro bono efforts are not merely an extension of our practice but a core part of our identity as a law firm dedicated to the betterment of society.

Our Pro Bono Commitment

Over the years, we have handled 200+ pro bono cases, addressing a wide range of legal issues that impact the lives of the most vulnerable segments in our society i.e. women, children, minorities, and labour. Whether it’s representing individuals in complex litigation, providing legal counsel to those facing life-altering decisions, or assisting communities in need, we take on these cases with the same dedication and expertise that we bring to all our work.

Collaborating with FLASH

In our mission to provide free legal aid, we collaborate with the Free Legal Aid Society for the Helpless (FLASH), a not-for-profit NGO that shares our commitment toward the Right to Fair Trial. FLASH plays a crucial role in connecting us with those in need of legal assistance, and together, we have worked on numerous cases to ensure that justice is served.
